This gallery is exclusively pictures taken December 28th 2006, at around 11 at night from the top of the Empire State Building. Just for fun, I've added black and white versions of some of the pictures (in some cases they look better that way).

Most tourists are not aware that the Empire State Building's observation deck stays open until around 2 AM. As it turns out, the night time is the right time to visit. The lines are shorter, and the city is even more amazing at night.
